Content & IP Guidelines

Your responsibilities when uploading images and creating AI-assisted artwork.

CardFamous celebrates fan creativity while respecting artists, athletes, teams, leagues, game publishers, entertainment properties and every person whose image may appear in a creation.

Upload only what you may use

You must own your uploaded content or have permission or another lawful basis to use it. Do not upload private images of another person without consent, confidential material, stolen artwork or content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights.

Prohibited content

  • Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, credible threats or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
  • Hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected groups.
  • Malware, credential theft, fraud, deceptive impersonation or attempts to bypass service safeguards.
  • Content that falsely suggests CardFamous graded, authenticated, licensed or endorsed a collectible.

Fan art and third-party brands

References to athletes, teams, characters, games or brands do not make a creation official or licensed. You are responsible for determining whether personal, promotional or commercial use is permitted. CardFamous may refuse, remove or limit content when needed to address rights, safety or legal concerns.

Your likeness and other people

Use another person’s name, image or likeness only with appropriate permission. Do not create deceptive endorsements, identity documents, fake evidence or misleading claims that a real person approved a product or message.

Reporting a concern

Rights holders and users may report suspected infringement or harmful content through the secure support form. Include the CardFamous URL or creation details, the work or right involved, your contact information and a good-faith explanation.
