Digital generation credits
One CardFamous Credit creates one complete CardFamous version: card front, card back, front label and back label. One Label Credit creates one front-and-back label pair for an existing card. Opening saved work does not use another credit. Credits are account-bound service units, have no cash value and are not a bank or stored-value account.
Generation failures
CardFamous reserves a credit while a generation runs. A qualifying failed or abandoned generation releases or refunds that reservation under the service’s automated credit rules. If your balance appears wrong after a failed job or completed purchase, contact support with the account email and approximate time—never send payment-card details.
Shopify checkout
Credit packs and physical products are purchased securely from Vanity Slabs through Shopify. The product, price, tax, shipping estimate and merchant policies shown at checkout are authoritative. A return from Shopify refreshes your CardFamous wallet but never grants credits by itself; credits are granted only after a verified paid-order event.
Physical editions
Printed editions include the materials described for the selected product. The DIY Vanity Slab is different: CardFamous keeps the digital card and label files available for download, while the physical order ships one empty reusable Vanity Slab holder only—no printed card and no printed labels.
Returns, refunds and shipping
Physical-order returns, shipping and refund eligibility follow the Vanity Slabs policies displayed at purchase. Custom or digital products may have different eligibility from standard physical goods, subject to applicable law.
