1. The CardFamous service
CardFamous provides AI-assisted tools that transform user-supplied images and creative directions into custom digital card artwork and slab-label designs. CardFamous is a creative service—not a grading, authentication, appraisal, licensing or certification service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use CardFamous. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must permit and supervise your use. You are responsible for activity through your sign-in method and for keeping access to your email or identity-provider account secure.
3. Your content and creations
You keep the rights you have in content you upload. CardFamous does not claim ownership of your uploads or creations. You give CardFamous and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transform and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support and operate the service, fulfill your requests and comply with law. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for every upload and instruction.
AI-assisted results may not be unique, may resemble other works and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. CardFamous does not promise exclusivity, originality or freedom from third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use CardFamous to violate law or another person’s rights, create abusive or exploitative material, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, bypass security or credit controls, interfere with the service, or submit content you are not permitted to use. The detailed Content & IP Guidelines are part of these Terms.
5. Credits, purchases and fulfillment
CardFamous Credits and Label Credits are limited, non-cash service units used for the digital generation described at purchase. Physical merchandise and checkout are provided by Vanity Slabs through Shopify. Prices, taxes, shipping, returns and product details shown at checkout control the transaction. 6. Availability and changes
We work to keep CardFamous reliable, but generation can be affected by networks, third-party AI systems and maintenance. We may change or discontinue features, refuse unsafe or unlawful requests, or suspend access needed to protect users, CardFamous or third parties.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardFamous is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Vanity Slabs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of CardFamous. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
